Just make sure the item is clean and suitable for embroidery. While we take great care with every piece, please note that customer-supplied garments are provided at your own risk, and we can’t guarantee results on all fabric types. Feel free to reach out if you have questions about what works best!

Our usual lead time for custom embroidery or printed garments is between 10 to 14 working days.
We always aim to complete your order as quickly as possible, and in many cases, we’re able to deliver sooner.
If you have a specific deadline, let us know we’ll do our best to accommodate! But all orders our subject to Garment supplier availability
To ensure your logo is of the highest quality we require an EPS or AI File.
If you do not have access to these formats please send over PDF or JPEG. Our artwork team will review the file you have and will advise if an additional redraw is required.
