Refund policy

At Just Branded, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your order. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Schoolwear Items

We do accept refunds for schoolwear, provided the following conditions are met:

• All items must be in a clean, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage.

• You must notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a refund.

If you are requesting a refund for schoolwear:

1. Contact us via email first to inform us.

2. We will provide further instructions.

3. You must bag up all items in a clean bag, clearly labelling the bag with:

• Just Branded

• Your order number

• Your name

4. Return the bag to the same collection point where you collected your order, or send it back to our postal address (we will confirm the address via email).

5. Let us know via email once you have returned the items so we can collect it, track and process your refund.

Once we receive the items and confirm they are in a clean, unused condition, we will process your refund accordingly.

Unwanted Non-Personalised Items

• You may return non-personalised items if they are no longer wanted.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with labels still attached and in unused condition.

• You must notify us via email at info@justbranded.co.uk to arrange a return.

• A 25% restocking fee will apply to all unwanted, unbranded items.

Faulty Items

• If your item is faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing info@justbranded.co.uk.

• We may request photographic evidence of the fault to raise the issue with our manufacturer.

• If confirmed faulty, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Return Shipping

• We do not offer a pick-up service. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and cover the return shipping for both unwanted and faulty goods.

Personalised Items

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items unless the item is faulty.

• Please ensure you check all size guides and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
