All our garment’s are made to order, which means each piece is created and branded especially for you. Because of this unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, as the manufacturers will not accept the garments back once they have been branded.

To ensure your logo is of the highest quality we require an EPS or AI File.

If you do not have access to these formats please send over PDF or JPEG. Our artwork team will review the file you have and will advise if an additional redraw is required.
